From you: email address, password (encrypted), wedding details, and the guest list you maintain. From your guests (submitted voluntarily via the invite link): RSVP response, menu choice, allergy notes, uploaded photos/videos.
The database and login run on Supabase in Zurich (Switzerland), within EU/EEA data protection standards. Photo/video storage is planned on Hetzner Object Storage (EU) but not active yet. Payments are planned via Paddle, also not active yet.
Guests never create their own account. Access works only through a random, unguessable link per wedding. A guest can also never browse the full guest list - only a limited name search for self-identification.
We only use strictly necessary cookies (login session, language preference). No tracking, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time - just reach out via the contact page.
